Wonderful experience! Worked with Chris and his team to install new carpet in my whole house. We took 6 months and 3 different stages. They were so patient and helpful. The installers were kind and did a great job. Highly recommend using carpets direct.

Just recently bought flooring from Carpets Direct. I worked first with Chris and then with Audrey. Chris came out several times to make sure of the measurements. Audrey was helpful in my decision process. They were both patient with me in changing my mind several times, truly interested in me being happy with my selection. Amilcar and his crew that laid the floor were respectful, hardworking, answered all my questions and did a beautiful job on the floor. Noteworthy was how I was kept informed of all details. I would highly recommend Carpets Direct for their customer service, skill of their installers and quality of their flooring.

We live out of state and worked with Chris and his team remotely to replace carpet in a Lincoln rental. From the first phone call to the final install, our experience was excellent! Chris went out to measure and gave us several ideas on replacement carpet. Audrey then sent us pics of the options they carried in stock for us to choose from. Joey kept us informed of the removal/floor prep and installation dates. We couldn't be more pleased--the entire team was fantastic and made what could have been a difficult process (replacing carpet from afar) so easy. Would definitely recommend!

Chris and his team are fabulous! Chris is very helpful and he spent time to come out to our house and assess the problem flooring. He worked with the company and got us a replacement flooring.
